Waimae Falls

We love going up to Waimae Falls. The drive along North Shore is absolutely beautiful. You end up walking about 3/4 of a mile to get to the Falls but it doesn't seem that far with the amazing sites you see along the way. Here's my favorite pictures from the last time we were up there.

Windward Side of Oahu

When my mom was visiting the island we took her out to see where they used to film Magnum P.I. On the walk to view the site I saw this and had to take a picture of it.

Another favorite of mine.

This one was taken out at Bellows down in Waimanalo.

One of the many look out points they have on the island. This one was along the way to Sea Life Park.

Chinaman's Hat when we were going up to North Shore.

Wakiki

One of my favorite spots to go to is at the Sheraton Wakiki. They have the best view of Diamond Head and you can see some amazing sunsets. I was lucky enough to even spot a rainbow on one of my visits there.

Sunsets on Oahu

Sunset at Ko Olina Resort. One of my favorite spots to watch it at.

The beaches on North Shore. I loved catching the surfer in this next two shots.

Tropical Flowers

I love taking pictures of a flower in full bloom. There's never a shortage of beautiful one's here on the island. Here's just a few of my favorites from the past few years.

One of the many colors of a hibiscus here in Hawaii.

A Bird of Paradise

Hawaii's State Flower, a Yellow Hibiscus.

I found this purple Vinca on the way to the Waimea Falls. I loved how it was growing among all the moss and rocks.

This pink hibiscus was one of many growing along a lava rock wall in Lanikai.

I found these next two flowers on the way to the Waterfalls up on North Shore.
